SELECTION CONSIDERATIONS

Define both the tube and the finished end.

Selecting a Bag or Tube Sealing Process ↗

Provide tube material, diameter, layers and the state in which it arrives at the machine. A plastic material description does not automatically establish compatibility with every tube laminate.

For filling-and-sealing arrangements, add the fill material and quantity. Do not infer sterile processing or medical suitability from the shape of the container.

Useful details for your enquiry

  • Which tube construction and dimensions are intended?
  • Does the process require filling, closing or both?
  • What sealed-end appearance and handling are needed?

Where this task fits in your process

Distinguish an incoming empty tube, a filled open tube and the finished closed tube. If filling is required, describe the product and quantity separately from the joint and tube construction.
