SELECTION CONSIDERATIONS

Choose the pack before comparing the machine.

Define a Filling or Dosing Application ↗

Powder, granules, liquids and sauces present different feeding questions. Share a sample, the target portion and the seal layout; the material name alone is not a complete packaging specification.

For each listing, compare the configuration attached to a rate or film dimension. A roll width, bag width and finished bag length describe different measurements; use a drawing to avoid confusing them.

Useful details for your enquiry

  • What are the finished sachet dimensions and seal pattern?
  • What is the product condition at filling?
  • Which film structure and portion are required?

Where this task fits in your process

A sachet task includes the receiving pack as well as portion preparation. If you only need a measured dose for an existing packaging step, compare dosing separately. Describe the finished pack and which operations the quotation should include.
