Describe the material as it reaches the machine
For liquids, state consistency at the intended filling temperature and whether particles are present. For powders and granules, describe flow, settling and portion size. These details help frame the selection conversation; they do not establish compatibility with a machine before the application is assessed.
Give the complete packaging format
A container drawing should show the opening as well as external dimensions. A flexible-pack brief should distinguish film width from finished bag dimensions. Provide the actual closure, liner or tube where it forms part of the task.
Keep quantities attached to configurations
When a listing contains several heads, stations or model entries, identify the one you mean. Do not combine the largest filling range from one entry with the highest rate from another. State the required quantity and the way you will evaluate it.
Define the handovers
Show where material and containers come from, how operators interact with the equipment and what happens afterwards. Include the available power supply, working height, access space and destination. This helps distinguish one machine from a requested line of several operations.
Define the boundary of the quotation
List the operations before and after the requested machine. State which conveyors, material feeds and collection steps already exist, and which items you want included in the quotation. A process sketch helps separate an individual machine from a request covering several stages.
Details to prepare
| Information | What to send |
|---|---|
| Material | Sample, condition and target portion |
| Package | Drawing, material and matching closure |
| Output | Required rate at the intended pack format |
| Interfaces | Feed, collection and operator arrangement |
| Site | Available supply, space and destination |
Use the enquiry builder to organise these details. FTE can discuss selection, installation guidance, training, spare parts and remote support. A quotation should identify the equipment and configuration being discussed.
