Describe material at the working point
Provide a sample and explain its condition when it reaches the equipment. For liquid or sauce work, include consistency, temperature and particles. For powders and granules, describe flow and settling. These are application questions; a material name alone does not establish compatibility with a particular feed arrangement.
State the portion and how it is checked
Identify whether the target quantity is expressed by mass or volume. Explain how the filled result will be evaluated and state the required output at that same portion. Keep each target attached to the intended configuration rather than combining figures from several catalogue entries.
Choose the receiving format
For bottles, provide the opening and full container drawing. For bags, identify whether they arrive preformed or are made from roll film as part of the requested process. For a dosing-only task, show how the receiving pack is supported and collected.
Show the feed and discharge handovers
Indicate how material reaches the hopper or inlet and how empty containers arrive. Describe the next operation after filling or portioning. Use a simple process sketch to separate existing equipment, operator actions and items requested in the quotation.
Details to prepare
| Desired result | Information that defines the task |
|---|---|
| Measured portion | Material, target quantity and receiving arrangement |
| Filled container | Opening, container envelope and fill condition |
| Filled sachet | Film structure, finished dimensions and sealing format |
| Multi-step arrangement | Feed, transfer and collection boundaries |
Send FTE the material and package details together with the configuration you are considering. Discuss the requested operations as a complete brief while keeping each machine specification tied to its own entry.
